Booking enquiries may be made by phone, post, email, fax or calling into our office. Please note that rooms are subject to availability - so to avoid unnecessary delay and possible disappointment please advise alternatives in case your first choice is unavailable. Make sure deposits and payments are made within the specified time limits.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT

A minimum deposit of $100.00 per booking (or an amount stipulated at the time of booking) must be lodged within 7 days of confirmation of booking. Final payment must be made 30 days prior to travel and with bookings made less than 30 days prior to travel, final payments must be made within 48 hours of confirmation. If bookings are made less than 7 days prior to travel, full payment is required on confirmation of your booking.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY TERMINATION OF HOLIDAYS

If you cancel or terminate your holiday earlier than expected for whatever reason, we will charge a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are charged under the following conditions.

For bookings cancelled prior to final payment, your deposit will be forfeited.

For bookings cancelled after final payment, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged, plus any cancellation fee imposed by supplier/s providing services. All bookings cancelled inside 7 days do incur supplier imposed cancellation fees which can be as high as 100% of monies paid.

The amount of cancellation fees charged, or any used portion of your holiday, will be deducted from the fare paid before a refund, if any is made. For this reason we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is necessary as it can protect you in the event of sickness, loss of luggage, and in certain circumstances, extra costs and charges if you cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

VALIDITY OF PRICES

All costs are listed in Australian Dollars and are valid from 1 April, 2008 to March 31, 2009, unless otherwise specified. These prices are only valid if paid in advance through our office. All prices are current at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include: meals unless indicated, transport between airports and accommodation unless indicated. All rates are inclusive of the Goods and Service Tax.

BONDS

Bonds of Credit Card imprints may be required by accommodation operators providing a telephone and mini bar in the room.

CHILDREN'S RATES

In most cases rates advertised in this brochure refer to children in the same room/unit with at least two adults and using existing bedding. Any other combinations are available on request.
